Individual therapy

The stress of daily life can sometimes become overwhelming. If you're faced with difficult emotions, life transitions, or the residual affects of past trauma or other negative experiences, therapy can provide a safe space to work through it. 

I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents. In addition to my clinical training as a mental health counselor, I've recieved training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy as a modality to treat trauma. The range of issues that we can explore in individual sessions include, but are not limited to:
